Order and delivery services available
- Some areas in GTA free delivery.
- Same day delivery (special delivery) Order before 10am and delivery will be same day after 5pm. Charge= $14.99.
- Regular delivery (2-3 days) order before 10am and delivery will be within 2-3 days. Charge= $6.99.
If no one is there for package
We assess every delivery situation on an individual basis. If the delivery area is safe to keep the rose box, we will leave it there and follow up with a phone call to the customer. If we are unable to leave it at the residence, our next step is to try to leave it with a neighbor. If both these options are unavailable, we will call them to arrange a new delivery. However, delivery charges will apply and then second delivery will be done. You must provide the full and correct address, including buzzer number. If a wrong or incomplete address is provided, a second delivery charge will apply. Please note, our couriers do not call prior to delivery. Please ensure the recipient is home to receive items.
Please note:
- We are not responsible for late deliveries caused by natural weather conditions like storms, hurricanes or earthquakes, and no refunds will be issued for these reasons.
- Our online orders will be closed on all statutory holidays but delivery will take place on these days. Therefore, please order a week before these special holidays so we can deliver on time.
- Same day and holiday surcharges may apply. Please go through checkout to see all available delivery options on high volume occasions.
- We are not responsible for orders left at door being stolen.
